Hey guys!

What"s up? Last month, my family and I went to New York! I love New York City! We did a lot of fun things. One of my favorite things I did there was see the Broadway musical Wicked. It was amazing. The show had everything I love to do in it. Sing, dance, and act. We got to meet and take pictures with the cast after the show. We also went to the top of the Rockefeller center. It is the tallest building in New York. It was so scary looking down off the edge! We also went to the toy store called FAO Swartz. We danced on the big piano that Tom Hanks danced on in the movie called "BIG." On 5th Avenue, we went to the Apple store and played with all of their latest computers and ipods. That store is open 24 hours a day! You could try out and test anything you like. I played music on the ipods and played solitaire on the laptops. The NBA store was also very cool. There is a model of Shaquil O’Neils hand there that is about twice the size of my hand! I loved seeing the Stature of Liberty because I had heard about it my whole life. My family went to the Today show in the morning. We meet all the news anchors. They were very nice. I’ve always wanted to visit New York and I finally got to! Thanks for listening! You guys rock my socks! :)

Well I’ll see you guys later! :D

Greetings from Idaho!!!! How was everyone's Easter??? Mine was great! After the Easter egg hunt with my family, we all piled in our car and drove up the mountain to a green meadow high above the valley. While my family enjoyed the view, my brother and I tried flying a kite. After it crashed several times we decided to take a hike. We decided to go on a rocky slope above our farm. My brother had leather gloves on, but I didn't have anything! Yep you guessed it ... I slipped! As I fell down the cliff I dug my nails into the hard packed rock and dirt. All while the cows got closer and closer. My hands burned as I grasped a tree root sticking out from the rocky cliff. I skid to a screeching halt just as I was about to plunge into the herd of laughing cows. Luckily I am ok and had a great Easter!

Fablehaven Performance

Hey everyone,
I would like to let you know how our performances have been coming along. We just recently had the opportunity to sing 2 songs (Keep on Walkin By and One Way Ticket), at the Fablehaven book 4 release party!!!! It was so much fun and a great experience. All of the people were so pumped to be there. We have been very lucky. We performed there last year and hopefully there is more to come. Fablehaven is such a great series; it was also unbelievable to meet the man who started it all. The one and only BRANDON MULL! He is such a nice guy. You should read his books, they are awesome.

Taylor

Hello Everyone

One of my favorite things to do is cheerleading! Cheer has been so much fun this year in 7th grade. I love being with all of my friends and cheering for the team. I also love going to cheer competitions. I'm a flyer ( the one they throw up in the air and on the very top of the pyramids.) It's a little scary sometimes because they throw me very high in the air and I can get dropped. Are any of you cheerleaders? I'll see ya later!~Tara

FYI from Christian

Hi everybody!!! This is Christian...my Freshman year has been great!!! It's so nice to be able to go off campus for lunch!!! No more cafeteria food! My favorite class would have to be Spanish...I love thinking that maybe someday I could speak another language! Though we are always doing worksheets, I'm still learning alot. We had a great time at the Deseret Book banquet! Thanks Tyler, our producer, for everything! Our Fablehaven performance is coming up on Tuesday, March 24th at Cottonwood High School. We will be performing 2 songs! My little brother just finished the 3rd Fablehaven book and loved it! He is excited for book #4!!! Only two and a half months left of school!! I can't wait until summer! During the summer, I'm usually cutting hay and working on the farm, but hopefully LOL will get me out of it!!

The 411

Hey! Taylor here and I really want to talk to you about a commercial that Tara and I filmed a couple days ago!!! It was for a product called Your Story, and it was so amazing! Your Story is a book binding company for scrapbooking and other cool stuff. I have a Your Story and I have so much fun with it! it’s so fast, fun, and easy. Tara and I made a book about LOL, it helped so much! If we had just regularly scrapbooked it would have taken for EVER!!! In the commercial we actually got to show off all of the Your Story books that we made! The people that we got to work with there were so fun and professional. It was one of the most fun things that we have gotten to do so far with LOL. You should stay tuned to see if you can find our commercial! It will be viewed national so you can see it anywhere in the U.S!!!! The opportunity was so cool and I hope that we will be able to something like that again!

Well see ya soon,

Taylor.

We were on TV!

Hey guys! Whats Up? :)

Last Friday, LOL performed and did interviews on KUTV Channel 2!
The news reporters there were really nice and made it even more fun. I hadn't been looking forward to waking up so early (we had to be at the news station at 5:20 in the morning!), but as soon as we got to the news station I didn't feel sleepy anymore. We performed "One Way Ticket," "While We're Young," and "Keep On Walking By."

You can watch part of the interview on the KUTV morning show website for October 24.
At the end of the show, the news anchors said they wanted to dance along with us. I didn't think they really would, but they totally got into it! They were such funny dancers. We also got to meet Kaycee Stroh who plays Martha Cox (the pop-and-lock girl) in all three High School Musical movies! And Ryne Sanborn who plays Jason Cross as a Wildcat basketball player.

They are super nice. We gave them each an LOL CD.
Rock on!
~Tara
